Jason P. Janda is a real estate tax attorney and accomplished investor with over 15 years of experience in real estate law, acquisitions, capital markets, and financial strategy. As a Partner at Source Group, Jason plays a central role in guiding the firm’s operational strategy, tax structure, underwriting, and long-term growth—bringing deep expertise to every stage of the development process.

Jason began his career at R.W. Selby & Co., where he advanced from in-house counsel to Director of Acquisitions and Head of Investor Relations & Capital Markets. There, he helped raise investor capital and led the acquisition of over $40 million in multifamily real estate. He later served as Co-Head of Renewable Energy Assets at Landmark Dividend, where he further expanded his experience in alternative asset investing.

In 2017, Jason founded Rochester Property Group, through which he acquires manufactured housing communities nationwide. His academic background includes a B.S. in Business Administration from USC’s Marshall School of Business, a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, and an LL.M. in Taxation, positioning him at the intersection of legal strategy and financial structuring.
